Way of the Angels, St. John the Baptist Path, Plot 14 Graves 1-5, WILLIAM CARROLTON family plot.
This grave is marked only by the Carrolton ground plaque. William Carrolton is closely connected with the family of Daniel and Margaret Carrolton and is possibly a brother or cousin to Daniel.
It is some distance south of the unmarked graves of Daniel and Margaret Hart Carrolton. Plaque is facing south on the south side of the "Way of the Angels" roadway in an unmarked section between 'B/C' and 'I'. Its about 1/4 of the way west of the section Y 'island' and is between a KINNEY step monument and the J. OLVANEY grave marker. The 5-grave burial plot was purchased in the name of William Carrolton purchased in his name in 1886, probably for his burial.
Also of interest is that buried in this plot is one child of Daniel Carrolton, Phillip Carrolton, who died between 1859 and 1870. All the rest are the children and wife of William Carrolton.

Section M, Plot 344,
Grave 4, CARROLTON plot. Approximate burial location of Mary Carrolton (d.1855-1860), James Carrolton (d.aft 1870) and Catherine Carrolton (d.aft 1880). There is no marker. Grave is between the two middle ground stones. Foreman said the left side grave with the stone base has settled and the headstone became buried. He believes this might even show a Carrolton stone when it is unearthed and fixed. View is looking north.
This is another mixed family grave with Mary Carrolton, daughter of Daniel Carrolton and Margaret Hart who died before age 5 being the first buried there. James and Catherine were of the William Carrolton family.
